Our clients are commercial, residential, and municipal-based and require all levels of form work construction. This position includes but is not limited to the following requirements:

• Maintain and verify site control points and benchmarks.
• Having knowledge of or willingness to learn how to operate robotic stations, GPS, and level instruments to perform required surveys.
• The maintaining and calibration of all equipment.
• Perform as built surveys.
• Record survey data and documentation.
• Understanding of both land and construction surveying.
• Must be professional in their organization skills and must support a high level of dependability.
• The position will also require at times to navigate in rough terrain, and muddy conditions.
• The directing of construction machinery and workers.
• Working on high level platforms during high rise construction layout.
• Also, some office work will be involved.

The chosen candidates must have some experience in construction site cleanup and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They also will be required to have all their own PPE. Local concrete forming company is searching for a Lead Carpenter to run our architectural concrete forming division. Applicant must be well-versed in all architectural formwork design. Also, he/she must possess the leadership abilities to organize and direct a crew of approximately 5-10 workers, deal with site superintendents, and meet or exceed tight deadlines.

The ideal applicant will be given his/her own company transportation, which includes all the tools they will need to complete each project. This is a full-time position consisting of eight-hour days, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of overtime. Ability to interpret and understand architectural formwork blueprints is a MUST along with strong problem-solving skills. Applicant must have a high regard for onsite safety practices while creating and maintaining a healthy team environment for the crew.

As mentioned above, this position is a leadership position.
